Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case no. 54 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 504, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. No one has sustained any injury. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.03.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
