2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 379 and 411 of the IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 22.06.2022 , some unknown persons stolen motorcycle of this informant near the Hotle Jagat Bihar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . Nothing has been recovered form the conscious possession of this petitioner. 5 . Learned counsel for the State submitted that during course of investigation , it has come that the stolen motorcycle was used by this petitioner with fake number plate . Petitioner
