The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.

Considering the bonafide offer made by the petitioner being the husband that he is willing and ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour and that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act or incident so as to prejudice her or cause any mental pressure, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39240 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
