1. The defects, pointed out by the Registry, are ignored.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.10.2022, passed in CWJC No.15303 of 2021, the concerned authority of the university has passed orders, hence the

Patna High Court MJC No.754 of 2023(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 petitioner be granted liberty to assail the same, in case the same is adverse to him. Liberty so sought is granted.
