JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 Heard Sri Siddharth Harsh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 09.09.2017 in Natwar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 and section 30(a)/30/35/38 of the Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act , 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. It has further been argued that save and except confessional statement of the co- accused, which was made before Police, there was no other material to connect the petitioner.
