2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 08.11.2017 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11652 of 2017, whereby the Circle Officer, Mansi, Khagaria was directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2015 within a period of eight weeks, on production/receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Opposite Party Nos. 3 to 5 have filed the show cause.

4. Opposite Party No. 5 is the Circle Officer, Mansi, Khagaria.

5. In paragraph 5 of the show cause filed by the Opposite Party Nos. 3 to 5, it has been stated that in compliance of the order passed in the writ petition, the representation dated 26.11.2015 filed by the petitioner has been disposed of by an order dated 23.01.2018 passed by the Circle Officer, Mansi, Khagaria. A copy of the order dated 23.01.2018 passed by the Circle Officer, Mansi, Khagaria has also been enclosed as Annexure B to the show cause filed by the Opposite Party Nos. 3 to 5.

6. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 08.11.2017 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11652 of 2017 has been complied with by the Opposite Party No. 5.

7. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
