JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 379, 307, 384,506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation against the petitioner is that on his order co-accused Dharmendra fired on the informant but no injury was caused thereafter, the accused persons took away the crops worth Rs. 5,000/-.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of firing is not against the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in the case.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for complainant that petitioner is in habit of demanding extortion and there are two

Considering the nature of accusation levelled against the petitioner, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case he surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
