JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 09-11-2016 The present application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 05.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20023 of 2016 to the extent that petitioner no. 4 Baban Yadav was accused in one other case being Complaint Case No. 2894C of 2013, Trial No. 2981 of 2015 but it was wrongly mentioned in paragraph 3 of the main petition that petitioner no. 4 Baban Yadav was accused in Inerwa P.S. Case No. 2981 of 2015. Hence, last portion of order dated 05.05.2016 is modified to the extent that petitioner no. 4 Baban Yadav is accused in Complaint Case No. 2894C of 2013, Trial No. 2981 of 2015.

Accordingly, the order dated 05.05.2016 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26048 of 2016 (2) dt.09-11-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 3 of the main petition.

Let the last portion of order dated 05.05.2016 be read as petitioner no. 4 Baban Yadav is accused in one other case being Complaint Case No. 2894C of 2013, Trial No. 2981 of 2015. The period of surrender is also further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
