JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 68078 of 2018 on the ground that by mistake of the petitioner in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Gaya, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya has been mentioned in the petition and, accordingly, the order granting bail to the petitioner dated 20.12.2018 has been passed and now this application for modification has been filed on oath.

In the facts and circumstances, the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 68078 of 2018 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the said order 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Gaya' be read in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16985 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Accordingly, this application is allowed.
