2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2016 in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the petitioner has no concern with the recovery of the articles.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations as well as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and the recovery of country made katta and three live cartridges from the pocket of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
