Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged with allegation that the petitioner had kidnapped to the minor daughter of the informant. The victim, in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., stated that she had love affair with the petitioner and has already married with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56468 of 2017 (4) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 633 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
