2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(3), 75, 76, 78, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the FIR, the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner, hiding his identity has tried to sexually abuse woman employees and had taken them to Nepal and had also tried to sexually them there.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2026.

5. In the course of hearing, it been pointed out that the learned concerned Court below has given an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after submission of

6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this case on merits.

7. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the opportunity which has been given to the petitioner by the concerned Court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
