JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(A),504,34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (iii) (x) (xi) of SC/ST Act.

It is alleged that when the informant was going to her parent's house when the accused persons started abusing her by calling caste name. It is also alleged that co-accused Ratikant caught her arm and Satyadeo Singh pushed her on the ground and others assaulted with fist and slap.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation is levelled against Ratikant and Satyadeo Singh who have been enlarged on bail by a coordinate bench of this Court. It is also submitted that Ratikant was assaulted by brother of the informant on 01.09.2014 leading to filing of Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014 against the brother of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32266 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 informant and thereafter the present case was lodged on 03.09.2014 for the occurrence of 02.09.2014.

Considering the aforementioned facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on provisional anticipatory bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj S.C/S.T P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Prakash/- U T
