This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bhargama P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 143, 151, 341, 323, 353, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is evident from the First Information Report that certain people were raising protest against disruption in supply of electricity in the area. The occurrence is alleged to have taken place in that background.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 24.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.77539 of 2018.
Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is allowed.

No.17616 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 3/3 Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
