JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is custody in connection with Mairwa P.S. case no. 32 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2018. He further submits that the present case has been registered against unknown, but petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the fact that the case was registered against unknown and only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been made accused in this case and also the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
