2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 15, 18(C) and 25 of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that this is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.

4. Since the second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail application stands dismissed as not maintainable.
