ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.122 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are named in the F.I.R., there is no specific allegation against them of having attacked the informant and other members. Learned counsel further submits that other co-accused against whom the allegation is similar have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by as a Bench of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32131 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 Court in Cr. Misc. No.21177 of 2015, vide order dated 30.7.2015.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the petitioners are not alleged to be attackers, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa P.S.
