2. This review petition has been filed on behalf of State of Bihar and its authorities for review of judgment and order dated 29.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2613 of 2014 by

Patna High Court C. REV. No.88 of 2019 dt.26-02-2020 2/2 which writ court had allowed the writ petition filed on behalf of opposite party and order of punishment dated 07.11.2007 passed by the disciplinary authority imposing the punishment of reversion from the post of Executive Engineer to the lowest scale of Assistant Engineer as well as order dated 25.03.2013 passed by the Reviewing Authority was set aside.

3. Learned counsel for the Review petitioner could not bring to the notice of this Court, any error apparent on the face of record in the order for which review is sought for.

4. Review petitioner wants re-hearing of the writ petition on merit in garb of review petition which is beyond the ambit and scope of review jurisdiction, as such, this Court does not find any merit in this review petition and it is accordingly dismissed.
