The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Trial No. 1999 of 2022 arising out of I.F. Case No. 115F of 2022 registered under Sections 33, 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 2, 7,27, 29, 31 and 51 of the Wild Life Protection Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. Further he submits that nothing has been recovered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20788 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 from the possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 1999 of 2022 arising out of I.F. Case No. 115 F of 2022 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
