JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahpur P.S. case No. 345 of 2017 for the offence under sections 363, 365, 34 and Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. He submits that similarly circumstanced other two co-accused namely, Mukesh Ray and Ankit Ray have been granted bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 41728 of 2018 vide order dated 07.09.2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 56147 of 2018 vide order dated 20.9.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54792 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrae-XV, Bhojpur at Arrah, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 345 of 2017 on the condition that bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
