In this regard, the petitioner is stated to have submitted representation on 23.01.2020 and 08.02.2021, before submission of

Patna High Court MJC No.1079 of 2021(4) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 representation, the concerned respondent has proceeded to resolve the petitioner's claim on 18.05.2020. However, the same has not been communicated in the forum known to the law like passing speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner so as to enable him to question the validity of such decision in the event of non-satisfaction of petitioner's claim. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a speaking order with reference to 18.05.2020 decision to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
