JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.11.2019, passed in CWJC No. 22002 of 2019, the District Magistrate, Nalanda, has already passed a reasoned order dated 1.3.2021, as contained in memo dated 26.3.2021, rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license, hence, the order of this Court has stood complied with.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court MJC No.930 of 2020(4) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 the case, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 19.11.2019 has stood complied with, nonetheless liberty is granted to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 1.3.2021, if so advised, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
