2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to issue the rent receipts and land possession certificate with regard to land appertaining to Khata No. 846 , Jamabandi No. 108, 152 and 1220 of Mauja- Manjha.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent State has granted rent receipts to the petitioner up-to 1963, but thereafter, rent receipts are not granted to him as well as mutation of those persons who have purchased the land from

Patna High Court CWJC No.4687 of 2023(3) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 petitioner, has also been rejected for which they are persuading their separate mutation appeal. So far as the petitioner is concerned, due to non-grant of rent receipts, the title of petitioner is in question. In this regard, petitioner has filed representation before the Collector, Gopalganj vide annexure-2 of the writ petition along with the documents.

4. In this background, the Collector, Gopalganj is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner to him through registered post dated 11.02.2023 within 10 weeks' upon production of the order passed by this Court.

5. With this direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
