2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 354, 307, 294, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the marriage of the informant was solemnized 12.07.2015 with co-accused Rupesh Mahto and after sometime of marriage the petitioners tortured her for dowry and brother-in-law of the informant always tried to establish physical relation with her.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant respectively. Petitioners live separately and they have no concern with the informant. It is next submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and they have got no criminal antecedent.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
