The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/342/435/ 120B /387 / 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown persons, who allegedly demanded ransom to allow the informant to go on with construction of Patna-Dobhi road.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of Pramod Yadav, who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.5297 of 2019. Others have already been allowed bail by some other coordinate Benches of this Court.

No.20658 of 2019(4) dt.10-06-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.117 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
