This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 84 of 2016, for the offence punishable under Sections 47(a)(f) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 60 years and as per prosecution report, the authorities have mentioned his age as 30 years. It is a case of mistaken identity. Considering the aforesaid submission, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
