Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Two stolen motorcycles are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid motorcycles had been purchased by the son of the petitioner and petitioner was not aware of this fact that the aforesaid motorcycles were stolen property. It is further submitted that petitioner is an employee of S.N. Sinha,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26192 of 2016 (3) dt.22-07-2016 2/2 Mahavidyalaya, Aurangabad and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016.
