No interference is required with Annexure- 4 because claim of the petitioner for his change in the date of birth has already been decided way back by order no.76 of 1997 fixing the date to be 10.10.1955. Merely because the petitioner reiterates the matter and the position is made known to him through Annexure- 4 dated 24.2.2014, the issue does not become alive. A settled issue is not required to be unsettled after so long. So long as the previous order remains, no relief can be granted to him in this writ application.

Writ is dismissed.
