JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is alleged that more than 50 persons including the petitioner crossed the prohibited area of election booth and when the police officials stopped the petitioner and others, they tried to snatch arms from the police party and created nuisance there. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S.Case No. 30 of 2016.
