2. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2017 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 286 of 2017 arising out of Jokihat P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact, it is a case of suicide as the deceased had attempted suicide even in the past. The petitioner along with large number of his family members has been made accused in this case but charge sheet has been filed only against the petitiner and his brother Mukesh @ Mukim which casts doubt upon the veracity of the accusations. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
