At an earlier occasion, the accused persons so named made house trespass and snatched away ornaments of mother of the informant along with a mare and for that, a case was instituted on 06.04.2018. In the aforesaid background on 07.04.2018, the aforesaid accused persons including the petitioners and others armed variously raided his house and during course thereof, on an order of Chandradeo, Anuj Yadav shot at his brother, Rahul causing instantaneous death. His another brother, Deepak rushed in rescue who was also shot at by Rajendra Yadav after having been apprehended by Brajesh on the order of Chandradeo. When informant rushed, he was apprehended by Sanket and Manish shot at him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52589 of 2018 (2) dt.04-09-2018 Petitioners happen to be mere members of unlawful assembly. Accordingly, petitioners, namely, Nutan Ganga Yadav and Chandan Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial MagistrateKhagaria in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) PS Case No. 206/2018.
