JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that owing to sheer inadvertence the name of the Presiding Officer has been mentioned in the prayer portion of the anticipatory bail petition as "Sri Anant Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chapra, Saran" in place of "Sri Amit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chapra, Saran".

2. As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction to the above effect in the prayer portion of the petition.

3. Consequently, the order dated 20.03.2015 shall also stand corrected to the above effect and the name of the Presiding Officer Sri Anant Kumar Singh, as appearing in para 4 of the order shall be read as "Sri Amit Kumar Singh".
