The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018 dated 13.05.2018, registered for offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and while riding motorcycle he was not aware that the motorcycle in question was a stolen motorcycle. It is alleged that the petitioner has been involved in this case without their being any basis. He, however, submits that in future the petitioner shall be vigilant in this connection. Learned APP for the State is present and has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52549 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly, that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he seems to have been got involved for the first time in the present offence as alleged and is in custody for last more than four months. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
