This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents for locating, calculating and for making payment according to the appropriate share to the petitioner of the matured value till today of the 14 Fixed Deposit Receipts of different value which has total original value around Rs. 3,00,000/- in the year 1970-75, lying in the name of receiver Mozahida Estate in SBI, Munger

3. The Assistant Branch Manager, Munger Main Branch has also appeared in this Court today and has assisted the learned counsel for the State Bank of India.

4. The Bank is directed to locate the FDRs (Fixed Deposit Receipts) and after the FDRs get located, the State Bank of India will calculate the maturity value and inform the persons who are legally entitled to encash the maturity value. Thereafter the bank will make the payments in accordance with the law to the entitled beneficiaries.

5. The aforesaid exercise must be concluded within two months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
