Petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.1156 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 354, 307, 427, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. In the nature of the allegations where there are allegations of assault against these petitioners by weapon like sword, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application is rejected.
