JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant on his head with sword. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that lacerated injury of marginal size, simple in nature was received by the informant.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Pothia(Paharkatta) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kishanganj. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
