The case of the petitioner stood on similar footing than that of Sanjay Singh who has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.08.2018 passed in connection with Cr. Misc. No.45509/2018.

That being so, petitioner Anil Singh @ Anil Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest /surrender before the learned lower court within fortnight on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No.47/2018 in terms of condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
