ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 02.05.2015 passed in A.B.P. No. 353 of 2015 by which the Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua has fixed the quantum of amount as Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakh) per month to be paid by the Petitioner as instalment instead of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh) in Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015.

It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that no doubt he is ready to pay the entire dues but @ Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) per month.

Hence, the order dated 02.05.2015 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner would pay Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) per month in place of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five

The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
