Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No.339 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act.

It is submitted that the allegation is recovery of 45 liters of Nepali liquor, however, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.11.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Umesh Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Madhubani/Incharge Successor Court in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3665 of 2018(2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 connection with G.O. Case No.339 of 2017.
