The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ commanding the petitioner she has prayed for examined of Thumb Impression from expert and further liberty or opportunity to Re-screening list for appointment of this post (hereinafter referred to as Act of
Patna High Court CWJC No.9820 of 2015(2) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 Bihar Police Manual 2007).
(ii) For that the petitioner she had applied to appoint on post of police and thereafter she had faced screening test during the test the authority has retrenchment or derived of this post because (sak) and suspicion of not faint of LTI."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
