JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 09.10.2018, passed by the Additional Collector, Bhagalpur, in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 07 of 2013-14, whereby he has confirmed an order, dated 13.04.2013, passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Naugachia, in Jamabandi Correction Case No. 13 of 2009-10.

The petitioner, in my opinion, has a remedy under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 by filing an appeal before the Collector, Bhagalpur.

This application is disposed of with the only

Patna High Court CWJC No.5755 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to invoke statutory remedy under the provisions of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011. It is indicated that if any question of delay in making application against the impugned order arises, the appropriate authority will keep in mind the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court by filing the present writ application, if such application/appeal is filed within four weeks from today.
