The petitioner is apprehending arrest in Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2011 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the allegation against her is that she had produced a fake certificate for the purpose of securing employment as a Block teacher in the year 2006. It is further submitted that a perusal of the F.I.R. and the report attached thereto, does not at all indicate as to which document filed by the petitioner was false and fabricated and, therefore, there being serious flaw in the prosecution case, she is entitled to the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40046 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 Considering the aforementioned submissions and the fact that there is no specific averment in the first information report regarding the nature of certificate which is said to be forged, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2011, G.R. No. 2283 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Anjana Mishra, J) Amin/- U
