Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 17/19 giving rise to Special Case No. 1423/19 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case 30 liters of country-made Mahua liquor was allegedly seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 7.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail
