====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, a motorcycle was recovered from the possession of this petitioner who did not produce any documents before the police officer concerned to justify his possession over the said motorcycle and accordingly the motorcycle was suspected to be stolen.

The main submissions advanced by learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19135 of 2022(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 for the petitioner are that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 28.01.2022 and the FIR itself shows that petitioner's son namely Arun Kumar purchased the alleged motorcycle from someone and accordingly petitioner was riding the said motorcycle bonafidely at the time of alleged recovery and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

Having considered the above submissions and petitioner's clean antecedent and his custody period a lenient approach can be taken in respect of petitioner's bail prayer let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court in Connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022.
