2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, four unknown miscreants riding on a motorcycle came from behind and pushed the motorcycle of the informant and thereafter, on the point of knife & pistol, snatched motorcycle and cash of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21215 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is habitual offender and has got 20 criminal antecedents, out of which, most of the cases are of similar nature.
