Informant, father of victim, Vandana Kumari aged about 14 years made allegations against the petitioner along with others for abduction of Vandana Kumari on 10.02.2015. Though there happens to be finding of the Medical Board to be that of in between 16-17 years, but considering the statement of the victim, Annexure-2 wherein she had herself volunteered and further stuck to her activity, in consonance with the period of detention of the petitioner since 18.07.2015, petitioner, Gorakh Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, 13th Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj PS Case No. 32/2015

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25335 of 2016 (2) dt.15-06-2016 (Tr. No. 393/2015), subject to the condition that till examination of the victim, petitioner will not coerce, allure, threat or in any way impress upon her, otherwise, the learned lower court will be at liberty to cancel the privilege for bail granted to the petitioner.
