The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is recovery of 157.680 litres of Indian made Foreign Liquor from a Bolero vehicle. The petitioner is owner of the alleged seized Bolero vehicle. Considering the fact that petitioner is owner of the seized Bolero vehicle from where Indian made Foreign Liquor was recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
