Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The FIR of the occurrence of kidnapping is against unknown. On recovery Dhananjay Kumar, has not named this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
