JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners are accused in a case registered for offence under sections 302, 201/34 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the motive assigned is false as the daughter of petitioner no.1 had already been married two years prior to the alleged occurrence. He submits that the victim was missing since night of 30.5.2015, whereas the case was lodged on 1.6.2015. Petitioners are in custody since 13.8.2017.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of both the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Bhojpur at Ara in Sahar Police Station Case No. 64 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to

The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioners and The petitioners will be well represented on each date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail will be liable to be cancelled.
