Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Though the petitioner was apprehended at the spot along with co-accused, however, nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ekma Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18617 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 255 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
